Miami Dade Investigators was formed in 2007 to address a critical flaw in criminal litigation: too many defense investigations were executed as mere administrative errands rather than strategic chess moves.
When an indictment is returned or an information is filed, the State has already spent months framing the narrative. If the defense merely reacts, the outcome is largely pre-determined. Our mission is to take the initiative—finding the witnesses the police deemed inconvenient, re-examining the physical scene, and identifying critical evidentiary vulnerabilities before the State can seal them.
